**Q: There's a turbo switch but is there any way to slow down the mixer? The lowest setting ends up throwing the cake mixture all over the place**
A: The lowest setting is way to fast. There is no way to slow down the speed. Speed 1 seems the same as speed 5.

**Q: Where can I purchase dough hooks for this model?**
A: Not sure if if you can, i have seen a 150w model that comes with hooks. This is 250w model so would of thought it would be ok using short bursts

**Q: Will this take 1-2 months for delivery?**
A: You need to sort out with your original supplier.

**Q: Is there any warranty ? And how long?**
A: Not sure, but usually it’s 1 year warranty by manufacturer
