I did review the youtube video as previously stated in a review but think it was self-explanatory and can see how at first one might tangle their hair but easy to get use to. I do believe it reduces drying time a lot. I used it on my long hair and got more volume and ends curled in. I received compliments on my hair after using. I also used for my daughters, one long hair and one short bob. I think the long hair reduces her blowdrying time a lot and my other daughter's short bob hair is able to curl under very nicely better than before and her hair doesn't look as crazy in the morning. I only wish the handle was a little thicker as your hand gets tired twirling and slightly bigger handle may be more comfortable. Not super portable due to the shape but overall think it is an excellent brush and better than my old large barrel brush and very well priced. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Larger brush might have worked better....amazing customer service! *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2017* I should have bought the larger brush. It might have worked better. The small one gets tangled in my hair. As a result of the tangling issue, I don't use the brush. My hair is just a little shorter than shoulder length.UPDATE: I am changing my review of this product from a two to a five star review based on the customer service that I received. I am so IMPRESSED with the customer service that this company provides. I was contacted by the company, I did not initiate the contact. I did not try to return the smaller brush that I purchased because I don't believe that when you purchase a hair brush that one should return a used hair brush. They are going to send me one of the larger brushes to try. I am excited about the opportunity to try the larger brush. This company knows the meaning of great customer service! My hair always get stuck and then I just give up. I own the large and smaller versions of this brush. The smaller one is useful for travel. The brush makes it easier to actually style my hair - the shape helps me to create a 'flick' and my hair does not get tangled in the bristles.
