On the way going there got 5 inchs crack in the wheels area. On the way back decided i need to put 2 belts and plastic wrap around the suite case for more security if the suitcase brakes. Glad i did it. Very fragile product easily breakable not able to survive on the airlines cargo.Very difficult to work with the seller to get my money back. Emailed them and send them back an email with their request for pictures and explanation what happaned and they continue to send me the same email. Finally they were agreed to start the "returning" process asking me to send the suitcase back after i send them the pictures how broken was. I threw out the suitcase right away I epmty it.
