I think these filters are my favorite I've used even without the health benefits of carbon filtering. And the carbon filtering is worth itOne thing that's true of all carbon filters these included is to get used to not pinching hard. It will hurt the filter and the carbon inside can get loose. I did that and no carbon like came out into my mouth or anything but it did freak me out because I know it can happen. So be gentle. It feels so much sturdier than other filters so it's easy to want to hold it more tightly I think.Great product overall.
