Very nice to touch. They attach to plastic armrests pretty well, but there is some movement. I have to readjust them every week or so - not critical. They also came with earplugs and a sleep mask - nice touch, but I would get fired if I use those at work :)One thing I don't like about them is that they are too soft. As a result, when I put much weight over them, they give all the way and I start feeling the hard plastic armrests again. Wish they were a bit harder, but not give all the way.
