Does not take the 20 minutes it claimed for dog to eat. More like 5. (Which was still an improvement - my dog eats like a vacuum). My main complaint is that the inner bowl slips out of the base way too easily. Several times when I have gone to pick it up my fingers have tipped the inner bowl causing it to send dry food flying in every direction.
