I follow if with the same amount of Kerastase Forme Fatale Voluptuous Blow Dry and I get plenty of body. Neither product make my hair sticky and I love the feeling I get from the combination. It definitely includes silicone too, which allows for a smoother, shiny finish. The best thing I could say is that this is an excellent "blow dry" gel. Truly. I was actually in the market to cut back when I watched a video product description for a few Kerastase products on joyus. I already was familiar with their wonderful line, but this was new, and the way the stylist discussed using the applicator (placing it along the scalp and following the part from front to back) was really interesting. And the results? Amazing. So I gave it a shot. Wow. I run 3-4 strips from my forehead towards the back while my hair is wet. I do not press hard and overload my head with product but I add the root uplifting gel where I need some volume. Voila! I have full hair that lasts all day long. Mind you, my hair is thicker, but it is so fine. I have struggled to add fullness- not big hair- but fullness. This little bottle does the trick! I realize some say it is very small and it is hard to get enough product to have an effect without using a ton. Try the method I described. While your hair is damp, comp it all back and then pick and create 3-4 "parts" to apply in. Press the applicator to your scalp near your forehead and press the button. Follow it till you reach just past the crown. You will not use any more product than going the traditional route- as long as you don't go too slowly or press to hard on the button. Comb or brush, then style. You will love the results! Cheap? no Worth it? yes.
