## Description

Product Description Libéron Wax Polish Black Bison is ideal for nourishing and protecting all types of wooden furniture, including lacquers and French polishes. It is well known for its quality and pleasant aroma and is suitable for use on both antique and modern furniture items. It will enhance the natural beauty of wood, whilst also protecting it against dryness and everyday usage.PREPARATIONRemove old waxes and dirt with Libéron Wax and Polish Remover if necessary. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust.APPLICATIONApply a coat of Libéron Wax Polish Black Bison sparingly with a soft, lint-free cotton cloth on a delicate (i.e., French-polished) surface or with Libéron Ultrafine Steel Wool (grade 0000) when a deeper penetration is required. Allow to dry for 20 minutes, or until touch dry, and then buff with a clean cotton cloth or Libéron Furniture Brush for a better finish. Repeat the operation on new or very dry wood as it may require two or more coats.ADVICENot suitable for humid areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. We recommend the use of Libéron oils or varnishes in these areas.Maintenance: Wipe over with a cloth or duster and re-wax as required when the surface looks dull and tired. Do not wash with water.Important: Always test product on a spare surface or inconspicuous area for colour, compatibility and end result.Remove as much of the product as possible from the tools after use. Review: Fantastic Traditional Wax! - High quality traditional wax. Leaves a wonderful protective shine on our vintage dining table. This product was recommended to us by a French polisher. Easy to apply and buff to a shine with minimal drying time. Great value for money as only a sparing amount is required.
Review: good result - Bought this make as recommended by Robert Thompson's craftsmen Ltd. I bought the 'neutral' rather than the 'clear' as reviews indicated the former has no colour whereas 'clear' has a slightly yellow finish. The neutral did not add any colour, can't say about 'clear' as not tried. The tin has a small hole stamped through the lid, it's not damage, allows pressure to equalise when closing. There is a scent to the polish, I like it, it is very faint, not noticeable on the two small items I polished unless you put your nose close. My aim was to renovate wood that had worn varnish and some water marks and splashes. The polish did not remove all signs of the marks (think you'd have to sand the wood down to do it totally) but it did bring out the colour and grain marking of the wood so many marks disappeared and it much reduced what could be seen of remaining marks. It greatly enhanced the wood, slightly darkening it, and gave a slight shine after being absorbed and polished. It wasn't necessary to apply much, a small smear gives good coverage. The seller (Rolfes ironmongers) dispatched it within a day of the order by Royal Mail, quicker than the other items in the order from desertcart. It arrived a day later than indicated, think this was a Royal Mail issue as their tracker showed an apology, but still quick delivery. Am happy with the results, it looks a small amount but so little is needed that it should last for a good while. There is a colour chart on the makers (Liberon) website but it would be helpful if there was a bit more information about the difference between 'neutral' and 'clear because the pictures aren't much help.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost a 5 star

This bench is ideal for light wood work. I got it to put into my hobby room for model building and it is ideal for that. Easy to put together instruction good but could do with some larger illustrations. The draws are deeper than I expected and nicely lined. The bench is very sturdy without being overly large. The only downs we're one piece had a break on it but it was easy to fix and not a major problem and the wooden pegs a way to small . Other than those 2 small things it is great.
