A: All I can affirm is that it fits perfectly my 4runner 2020

A: I doubt it, I use it on a 4Runner (4L) and generally speaking this filter is use on “big” engines the Rush has a 1.5L engine, which probably does not require that big of an air flow

A: No, the K&N Engine Air Filter] 33-2438 will not fit a 2019 Toyota Hilux.

A: It Should fit as a direct fit but it never hurts to double check with the K&N web sit to make sure it dose fit.
