I kept giving her the medicines she was prescribed but would take so long to recover. I was recomended this by someone who has used it for years. I started trying the adult version myself and i saw how fast it worked. I bought this one for my kids & they do not get sick anymore!My daughter would tell me how her classmates were sick but she wouldn't get sick at all. Really recommend it! If I remember correctly, they recommend using 3x per day if your child is sick and about 1x day for everyday use. As for taste, it's a bit herbal and minty, so I would suggest mixing it with juice if your kid refuses it. Quite honestly, you should just use it when your kid is getting sick and stick to a good vitamin for daily use. This is an excellent product for kids and the adult version is equally good.
