It was really easy with help of utube an saved $85 by doing it my self ### ⭐ Can't access apps with out freezing *by M***K on March 10, 2025* Can't access multiple apps with out the phone completely freezing up. You have to power off or use the Bixby button to go back to the home screen. Using apps like Google chrome, YouTube and some others freeze up just after scrolling. The stock photo album also freezes up. So far the Samsung internet app is the only thing that works as an alternative to these other apps. Luckily the screen works enough to go trade it in... with that being said save your money and buy something else or use it just to get another phone on a trade in. I was hoping this would work so i didnt have to get another phone but the constant freezing and and my voice sounding faded on calls makes this phone useless.
