No worries, with usage they'll go down a bit and form to your feet. **Q: Can someone please tell me the thickness of these insoles in millimeters? I used them to replace an insert in my Hey Dudes. I cut it to size using the original worn-out insole. It fit perfectly, then I wore the shoes for 6+ hours outside, pretty much walking and/or standing the entire time. The insert didn’t bunch or move at all. These inserts are soft and cushiony. The “sock” covering is comfortable and soft. I did not wear socks and my feet didn’t sweat any more than normal when wearing this type of shoe. For the price, this item is a great deal.
