It sits in a pouch ready for use but I have not had the need yet. It appears durable and well made, tools are tight so they don't flop but not so tight you can't get to what you need. If this one disappears I would order it again!!!!

I used to have a different brand of bike multi-tool, but it disappeared. While looking through amazon I found this one and it seemed to have most of the tools I would need for my new e-bike and was priced well, so I ordered it. It sits in a pouch ready for use but I have not had the need yet. It appears durable and well made, tools are tight so they don't flop but not so tight you can't get to what you need. I received it on a Wednesday and went on a 50-mile ride that afternoon. One of our guys’ crank arm came off (he had no tools). I used this tool 8mm allen) to screw it back in. With this kind of folding tool, you expect that if you put a lot of torque on it, there will be deformation; not much you can do about that. I gave it everything I had, and it barely flexed. It’s a quality tool, and I recommend it.
