This "pillow" is more of a seat cushion. Four inches thick, and immovable. This is NOT memory foam. I like a good firm pillow, but this one takes it to the extreme. While it might seem like a good idea, the weight of my head is not enough to sink into the "pillow". Isn't that the point? To offer support to the neck while the head can pivot into the pillow? Ugh. I don't know. Now, I don't know what I'm going to do with this. (It arrived sealed in a vacuumed bag, so when you open it, it inflates. I had been having some neck soreness and strain for several months prior to finding this pillow. Since finding this pillow, I haven’t had any neck pain and I’ve noticed better sleep! I sleep on my back and sides and this is wonderful for that. It is more firm than other pillows I’ve used prior, but I think that is what is keeping the angle of my neck correct and supported while sleeping.
