Thank you** A: Yes, you have to push and hold the 'Play/Pause' button for at least 10 to 15 secs whilst it is plugged in and turned on. After that time it should then start to beep and move to show it's resetting. **Q: I use standard card and manufacturers recommended combination of plates yet it is noisy and warps the card and plates. Where am I going wrong?** A: It is a noisy machine but the best I have had. Love it. The plates on all machines warp I always keep spare. I never find card warps. Try putting card or paper under plate to build it up. If it allows you but don’t force it through. Have a look on utube. **Q: Will the machine emboss text?** A: If you have a plate that has text larger than 10pt it will emboss fine. I have not seen any plates or folders with text unfortunately. **Q: Would this allow me to use embossing folders 6"x41/2 Tim Holtz for example? Highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Handy. *by S***J on 7 March 2024* Handy little Gemini Mini cutting machine for die casts up to 3 inches wide and 6 inches long. Personally I wish I had purchased the next size up so I could use the die casts which I ordered at the same time and which some are wider than 3 inches in width. Cuts good though. Be aware that the plate warps after the first use, but, if you put the plate under something heavy in between uses it does kind of help to keep them a bit flatter. As said previously, it is a handy little machine to have for those little intricate pieces, and it does cut good. Delivery was quick and item was packaged well.
