I bought this dvd with little expectation to be honest. I thought it looked a bit cheesy...but simple. What a surprise!!!! It's vibrant/fun and easy enough to do in my very small living room. I thought it was easy enough, even for me, with muscle problems, but it really was a lot of fun, and I can't believe how breathless it left me, and soaked with sweat. Very lady like lol...So overall, a fantastic product...I would recommend it.

This DVD is repetitive, however it suits me fine as Kardy is very clear with his instructions and it makes me smile which is what it's all about and it gets you fit, it's your workout so it's up to you as an individual  as to how far you push yourself to burn as many  calories as you can
