Review: Functional, serviceable, inexpensive - Nothing comes close to a double edge razor or cut-throat but this is useful for travel and better for the environment than cheap multipacks of throwaway razors that cut your face to ribbons. It’s basic, inexpensive, not very pleasing to use, but if you can manage your expectations then it’s perfectly serviceable.

No, The blade unit attaches completely differently. The Contour fitting is not the same as excel fittings.

A: After purchasing three different types of razors from Amazon the Vector was able to take the Gillette contour blade but with a little persuation to begin with.  I hope you are able to buy the Contour blades they do not sell everywhere. The razor is extremely light in handling but does a good job.
