**Q: looking for the old version where the ovaltine floated in crunchy bits on the milk and resisted being mixed in--is this it?**
A: Some bits clump but it is not the old style where the texture was more chunky and not powder. It is a really better than the US version because it has way less carbs and more nutrition. This is the best reason to be a regular buyer of the European formula.

**Q: Why is it so expensive on Amazon when you can buy it a grocery store for  under $4**
A: If you have access to this item at the store. this is the place to buy.  Not every item can be comparable to the store. There is a price to bring the item to your door next day.

**Q: Is this from China?**
A: product may be from Thailand, but the script on the canister / jar  is definitely not Thai. Look up what what Thai writing looks like and compare it to Chinese.

**Q: What country is it made in?**
A: Curiously enough, the bottle says it's manufactured in Thailand for Ovaltine International...a bit peculiar for a "European" formula, but pretty tasty nonetheless.
