BODYRHYTHM Compact Adjustable Weighted Bench

Review: Compact and useful - Good and sturdy quality, stable enough as long as you make sure it’s on an even floor, carpet works best. Easy to adjust to do the various exercises but I mostly use it to strengthen my back so I can have a stronger core. It doesn’t occupy much space compared to the other alternatives out there and this is the smallest one I could find that has the right quality. It works for my small space in the basement. Worth a try!
Review: Good sturdy bench for the price - This was higher quality than I was expecting for the price. I did have to miter the support bar (with the seat on it) to make it fit to the straight bar. When it was welded they pulled it a bit too tight and they must not perform a test assembly. But all in all it was easy to assemble and sturdy. I saw that one reviewer said that he had to weigh down one side to be able to perform a situp. While we have not experienced that I think that it is fair to mention that my husband and I are not large people (he's the larger of the two of us and still weighs less than 140 lbs); so it could be that it is intended for a smaller person as the model demonstrating it was also small.

**Q: What's the shortest height from waist to feet?? I'm 5ft and would need something around 23-25 inches high.**
A: The part where your foot rests moves pretty well to adjust from person to person. I’m 6’1” and my wife is 5’4” and my daughter is 4’8” and we all use it everyday. It’s become one of our favorite core pieces.

**Q: Is it difficult to do glute biased extensions with the bench there? Even in the decline position?**
A: You can get a good glute extension. With the bench in the down position you will only get about 45 degrees of bend at the hip joint.

**Q: 6'4" compatible?**
A: I’m 6’1” 210lbs and it’s one of my favorite pieces of equipment to use. I’m sure at 6’4” you’d be fine. It’s solid.

**Q: What is the height from waist to feet to be able to use this machine for leaning over the front**
A: It is adjustable and fits a variety of heights.

This little thing has everything I was looking for. Roman chair, incline for abs, preacher curls. I'm 6ft, 235 and it's a perfect fit. Ton of exercises if you have any imagination, and stury enough. Visually appealing, very compact and easy assembly!
