This stuff will got my hair squeaky clean without stripping it of its natural moisture, and has also keep it hair stronger & healthier in the long run because it's not as damaging as your average sulfate-laden shampoo. Works wonders for keeping colored hair looking bright, too - red is the hardest color to keep in your hair, and it has kept mine from fading far longer than any other shampoo I've used. Has a soft, pleasant coconut scent that isn't overpowering. My only complaint is that this shampoo is thick - it feels more like a deep conditioner than a liquidy shampoo, so it's a bit hard to squeeze out of the bottle. I recommend springing for the gallon size (trust me, it's worth it!)and getting a pump with it. I've been enjoying it ever since. While it may seem pricy, it only takes dime-sized amount to wash a head full of thick hair. I use it on my skin too and still I can go a year on one bottle. It has a subtle coconut odor that my wife likes.
