It takes a little trial and error to get used to it. At $40 it is pretty expensive given it probably takes only a few dollars to manufacture. ### ⭐⭐⭐ So far so bad *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2013* It has not helped as i expected. It caused nerve damage to my ring finger the first time i used it. Don't wear a ring when you practice with it. The speed of the swing does not allow for much feedback, so it is hard to gain anything from it. I will keep using, since i spent so much on this device. The Tour Angle 144, I believe, will help golfers with poor swing mechanics strike the ball better. It teaches three very important principles: position of hands and wrists at address, proper takeaway of the club during the first 90 degrees of the backswing and if you have a casting problem on the downswing (this is getting the club too far forward by improper wrist position) this will probably cure that.
