Used to mount a ring transformer

*by C***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 7 August 2019*

Moved into a new build house which had a doorbell, I replaced with a “ring” and replaced the internal chime box with this one and mounted the ring transformer inside.Does the job perfectly and has a Din mounting rail inside to hold the transformer. My only issue is the lack of any sort of vibration damping, the transformer actually touches the plastic case and is mounted on a metal Din rail, therefore, there is a buzz, which could be annoying, as it’s just in our hall way we chose to ignore it.

    Good for Ring doorbell Pro

*by J***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 25 February 2020*

I got this for the Ring doorbell Pro. I ended up doing loads of research on how to install it as other people and Ring kept giving different methods and advice. My doorbell was mains powered but on the same circuit as the downstairs lights. I live in a new build so didn’t really want to get more holes put in the walls. If you are in the same situation, then buy this single module box. The Ring doorbell Pro transformer fits in it perfectly and the mounting holes matched my old doorbell. A previous review mentioned you can hear a buzzing and I can confirm this is correct but mainly at night time when the camera is using night vision

### ⭐⭐⭐

    OK for my purposes.

*by I***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 28 June 2020*

Used to house distribution network for low power effect lighting, and ok for this. I would not want to use it in a 'proper' installation, a bit on the flimsy side. The supplied bus bars are inadequate for 36 possible feeds.
