The unit scans quickly and has more features than one would expect for the price point. I have to take a moment and praise the excellent customer service eyoyo provided after a recent purchase. I was having an issue where I couldn't get my unit to print UTF-8 output. I emailed Cust Service and within 15 min had begun a conversation with someone from their support. After a few back and forths, their team stopped and wrote a special QR programming code for me and had me back up and running! That's really rare from an overseas company of their size...they treated me like I was their only customer!
