Have not yet downloaded on smart phone. Not necessary. I have been a Tens Unit user for at least 10 years. This is my 4th unit. Sweet not to have wires hanging to my knees! Even after charging it to full capacity the unit will most likely not last a full 8 hours. 2. The charging port cover is soft and difficult to "pry up", thus exposing the charging port. I recommend just removing it and throwing the cover away. 3. The unit could come with more adhesive pads as it only comes with four. 4. The unit has two electrolodes, I wish it came with four like most wired units. PROS: 1. The numerous strength settings and ability to either use the TENS function, EMS, or Massage is a great feature. 2. Fair price. 3. Wireless and remoteless operation-if you download the app. 4. It works for pain relief. It won't remove all pain symptoms, but it will take the edge off, allowing you to function. 5. The user manual and troubleshooting manual are easily accessible through the app. 6.
