If I could go back I’d have bout several more knowing what I know now. The texture, taste and freshness was great! I cooked them per the stove top directions in a sauce pan. I added some extra garlic and herbs because why not. It was fast to make as it only took about 15 minutes. Once it cooled a little the sauce thickened up and tasted great. My son who isn’t a fan of potatoes unless it’s a French fry loves them so much he got seconds of just those. Definitely recommend them. Can’t beat the price in today’s economy.
