For any cup that you find does not work with it (I like Bigby coffee, but their cups are not compatible, ditto for many brands of refillable cups), just cut the top off of a compatible one and place it over the incompatible one, put it in the brewer, and it will work. You can also just attach part of a rim over the DRM reader in the machine so you don't have to do it each time, but I've been too lazy to do that myself. **Q: Received the loose cups. Have been ordering this product from other vendors for years but this coffee not the same quality. Says I can’t return?** A: I had the same issue... I don’t buy it from Amazon. As I said in a previous answer, I had the same issue with Batteries I bought on Amazon and asked Duracell.
