Practical Cookery for the Level 3 NVQ and VRQ Diploma, 6th edition Paperback – 25 April 2014

This book gives excellent insight into the preparation of Higher end foods, legal issues and staff supervision. As an amateur cook it explains recipes and processes well enabling me to chose recipes within my capabilities and gives me a view to expanding my current capabilities.

Granddaughter seems very pleased with this book, very informative.

I am currently doing my Level 3 so i find this so helpful. It encourages me to try things i havent done yet. Highly recommend it!

Quick delivery and well packed good book and ideal for the learner

Brought this item as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. He loves cooking and after discovering his passion for food, is planning to train as a chef. Recommend by my sister, studying cookery at college, I decided that this would be the perfect present! It is an extremely useful book and a great step-by-step guide to cookery. It has literally got everything you could possibly need to know! From health and safety of handling food, to menu ideas, to 'how to cook a lobster'. Fast delivery, despite ordering late and arrived in time for Christmas! I recommend this to anyone studying cookery or interested in the technical side of cooking.

Great had the first edition , great food bible new one fantastic. Sad to do this review on the passing of AA Gill gentleman and amazing writer. God bless

I used this book whilst training. It was a fantastic help. It's great to look back on for tips and the odd refresh.
