Very good, I was looking for this product for years.
Amazing products, for chefs or cooks who understand about food, you can use for different things. I bought the yellow and the neutral sheels and if it works for my recipes I will be buying quite a lot. Thanks!

OK, but rather like eating paper. I don’t think anyone was impressed with my efforts. Ho-hum. Won’t buy this product again.

prévues pour contenir des mousses et crevettes. bien emballées, dans carton rigide et sous vide, plus carton très rigide de Amazone. produit facilement cassable, mais arrivé en parfait état. visuel correspondant à la photo. effet bluffant en présentation.ce sont des "coques", en pâte sèche. attention, ne pas mettre la garniture trop tôt, sous peine de les ramollirPeut servir pour du sucré également.

Excellent! Croquant, bon et très joli en présentation.Nous les avons utilisés pour faire des amuses bouche en apéro, (guacamole-crevette et rillettes avec morceaux de saumon le tout joliment décoré)... une fois pour un anniversaire et pour Noël aussi. Les invités ont été bluffés et ils ont adorés.Je recommande
