Just add the glaze to the meat like, chicken lamb or beef and then leave to marinade. I leave it over night normally,and then grill it or in a hot oven. It's great on the barbecue using chicken, but leave the skins on. You can add yogurt with glaze andleave marinade then same as above. Rick **Q: Is this the same tandoori glaze you can get your fish marinated from the Morissons fishmongers?** A: No idea I'm afraid. I know it's used by some butchers when marinating bbq meats.
