While it does heat and massage, it's either lacking power or the design of it doesn't allow it to focus the massage where it needs to be - on the back. The device itself is getting more of a massage than I am. The device is so-so, the packaging is quite generic (this is a Made in China import that numerous people are selling), and as far as this company...I've never heard of "ALPHAY" until now.
