After washing I had to beat the sacks against a wall, shaking them up and down to get rid of most of the more loose fibers, so that they didn't constantly shed all over the house. The material had holes or flaws that were stitched shut using jute, and the bags seemed sturdy. The last thing I noticed was remnants of a paper label, all in Chinese, the size of a playing card. If I could read Chinese, perhaps I would have a good story.
