**Q: Can you freeze this ? I don’t think I’d use it all in a couple of months**
A: This paste will last 3 months in fridge (maybe even a little longer). The top of the paste may oxidise and turn a darker shade of brown but it's still perfectly edible and the flavour isn't impaired. 
You may be surprised how quickly you get through a 500g tub as there's so much this paste can be used for. I bought it for the first time a couple months ago and have had to buy another which I'm already half way through.

**Q: Is this the stuff used for making Kao Mung Gai sauce?**
A: Yes

**Q: Is this doenjang?**
A: Maybe? Very very similar similar at least.

**Q: is this white miso paste?**
A: It's a fermented soy bean paste. It's really good!

Really excellent and delicious product. This food item not only makes your Asian food delicious but also adds that umami flavour to it from soybeans. It is also not overpoweringly salty. I add this to my ramen broths, some light soups with tofu and seaweed. And stir fry noodles with white meat. I will recommend this 100% and definitely buy again
