Well after trying both I can say definitely get the 51.8-53.3mm. Because the Prostaff P3/P7 has a thick rubber armor the smaller of the two was too tight, you almost have to force it a little around the lens. With the 51.8-53.3 you just push it in and it fits perfectly snug, not loose or too tight. The quality of these is fairly good. I was worried they'll be too much flex on the cap but it has a nice balance between flex and stiffness. I would prefer it to be a slightly stiffer/harder but it's still good the way it is. The edges are cut perfectly smooth. One noticeable thing I like is when the cap is off, it goes straight down and out of the way of the viewing lens as shown in the photo.
