    It don’t work with LIFX!!!!!

No updates from Logitech. Useless with my LIFX lights. You cannot set the brightness and colour.  Don’t buy is you are using LIFX. Don’t know about hue.

    Great product but refusing to pay the Apple tax

So I should have done my research a bit better here. Logitech Pops seem to come in two versions: a first generation Pop which comes in a set with *two* Pop buttons and the hub and this, second generation set that comes with *one* button. The 2nd gen kit is twice the price for half the kit!!The difference -- the 2nd generation is compatible with Apple HomeKit. I have zero interest in going down that route, so it seems utterly crazy for pay so much for it. There are no other difference between the 1st and 2nd gen units AFAICT.Pop itself is good, the app is intuitive, the integrations are great (although no native Nest integration, despite other Logitech devices and services supporting it!), and the buttons are waterproof, so suitable for bathrooms (my use case).That said, I'm sending these back and buying the cheaper version -- ridiculous there's such a price difference just for Apple integration.
