Normally, especially when it gets cold my joints particularly my knees and ankles, gets tight feeling and sometimes makes walking sometimes painful. I am young too, 25 years old with no surgeries. I feel that the cissus helps my tight joint issue. I hear it helps with bone density so I am happy to have it for that too. I am a woman so automatically need help keeping my bones dense and preventing osteoporosis. I do feel the difference. I also recommend taking this with a diet high is dark green vegetables to get the calcium and magnesium that your bones and joints need. I had 3 periods of taking Cissus for a few weeks and each time I notice I am angry. Normally I'm pretty easy going but I've tried to see if pain was the factoring cause of my bad mood but honestly I'm more convinced it's the Cissus. Maybe it's just me but I thought it was worth mentioning after almost 2 years of using it after injury. I've tried to search for information about this side effect and there is absolutely nothing about irritability being a side effect. The research is not strong and from what I've read the best research seems to be anecdotal. Since that's the case I really want to share my experience. I'm stopping all Cissus because even though it gave some relief I rather deal with the pain than the agitated mood it put me in. If you're reading this and have experienced a similar reaction or may just have woken up to an ahha moment please share. My original review ("Package arrived in good time and shape. I am still a little unsure if it's helping but since I took a nasty fall the day after it arrived I am glad I had received this prior to my fall ..I have less pain then I probably should... whether its from taking Cissus or other measures I took I can't say. I want this product to work since I have read encouraging reviews about it and read studies that indeed supported it's uses for injury recuperation.
