Great, comfortable, and modern couch. I wish the color was lighter just because I like the lighter gray color, but it is still a fantastic couch. My children LOVE the low profile couch. They are constantly climbing on it (maybe not so great for the couch), but the couch seems pretty sturdy. Just a heads up, our couch was dropped off on the sidewalk, and my husband and I had to carry each sectional into the house. It was pretty heavy, but we did it. Warning for anyone who might have a hard time lifting 3-110lbs item, you may want to plan ahead for the delivery. I didn't really think about this when I ordered it and fortunately for me, I was able to get the sectionals into the house. It is free shipping so the company who delivers the couch will not place them inside your house. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Looks great, but not comfortable at all *by G***O on June 28, 2019* It really looks great... until you seat on it.The length os the sit cushion is weird. You can either sit where you knees would meet the 90 degrees angles, but then you can't lay back because it's too far from your back, or you can try to go all the way to the end of the sofa to lay your back, but then you can't bend your knees.If you chose to crisscross in order to have your whole body on this, it will hurt your back at some point because the cushions are uncomfortable. And the one you seat on is no better. It absolutely did not pass the NAP test.If you need staging, of you have an office, absolutely for the price.If it is for your home and you're going to use it daily, highly NOT recommended. ### ⭐ Maybe a decent sofa but do NOT order from Amazon. *by R***C on April 17, 2019* The process and I mean the entire process was a nightmare. I was only shipped 2 out of the 3 sections for the sofa. Two of the pegs were broken and the sofa while it looks nice is smaller than anticipated. I don't think I would have purchased the sofa had I seen it person. It's not made for anyone over 6 feet as it sits really low to ground; the pillows are the only saving grace. If not for those pillows any one over 5'9 would be uncomfortable. The process to return a broken sectional with a missing section was an absolute nightmare. I was offered the option to keep the incomplete sofa at a discount(they were not joking) and again was told I had to wait until the sofa was their possession before my refund was even processed.
