This puts my legs in a more ergonomic position which makes it more comfortable to work. As an added bonus it has a little foot pocket that I stuff a hot water bottle into, so my feet stay toasty. The material is soft and comfortable, however the memory foam style means that it starts to dent in the middle after a while.
