This Heat Press is well built, simple to use, and the results are of high quality. The press will work with mugs (up to 15oz) printing two at a time if it's needed, it can also sublimate skinny tumblers; according to my experience, the heat accessory will fit items with a diameter up to 3 3/8 inches (8.5cm). Great machine, punches above its weight if you consider its good price.

I bought this so I could make tumblers for prizes at our party. It worked perfectly. It heated quickly and was easy to use. The tumbler turned out awesome and was a big hit at the party.

I only have had this machine for 13 months and it is starting to have heating issues. While I am pressing a cup the heat will all of a sudden get extremely hot and starts beeping continuously until I turn off the machine and let it cool. Now since it started doing that I’ve noticed on my cups there is a line on all of my designs after pressing like part of the machine isn’t the right temp as the rest. I’m having to buy a new machine because it is noticeable. Before I had issues I loved this machine but I feel like it should have lasted longer than a year.

I love how easy this product is to use. It gets very hot and it's performance is exactly how it should be. It's definitely worth the value. I'd purchase it again and recommend it to others. Great product 😁

This Heat Press is extremely easy to use! The knobs took some getting use to adjusting depending on the size of the tumbler we were sublimating. The press heats very quickly so we are not waiting around for it to reach temperature. I would definitely purchase this product again for my Wife's small business.

When I first got this it seemed great. Then things started burning. I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. I ordered an infrared thermometer and even though I had it set at 365 degrees it was registering over 400 in the middle and different temperatures on the ends. It’s all over the place with temperatures and I have only had it a little over a month. Probably be having to buy another one soon and I will really shop around!!!
