Review: Nice but with frustrating wheels - I wanted a smaller chair that wouldn't take up too much room in my new home office - this fits the bill nicely. Quite light but sturdy enough. Took no time at all to assemble. Looks great - looks more expensive than it is. Only downside for me are the wheels - when you're sat on the chair they lock into place and prevent you from sliding around. Probably by design and I can see the benefit, but kinda not what I was expecting. You have to kind of half stand up to take your weight off it if you want to move around. Otherwise for the price would be five stars.

**Q: what is the returns policy on this item?**
A: You can return it. I am taking mine to Ipswich tmwYaheetech have failed to answer the phone or respond to email but I have a returns form and bar code so back it goes

**Q: The black seat shows back height dimensions of 36.5cm where the white and pink are 40cm. Can someone confirm if the black is 36.5cm**
A: The back height dimensions of this Modern Swivel Office Chair is 40cm, hope it helps.

**Q: Does the arm rest is removable if we do not require ?**
A: Armrest cane be removed from base of seat by removal of 4 x hex bolts.  Removal of armrest might however have negative effect on overall structural integrity of seat.

**Q: where do you get replacement gas lift cylinder?**
A: mine has gone too, lasted less than 18 months....

I wanted a smaller chair that wouldn't take up too much room in my new home office - this fits the bill nicely. Quite light but sturdy enough. Took no time at all to assemble. A good mass produced item. If you want something for a small office space, and you're a smaller type person, and you like the retro-Barcelona chair look, you'll like this. Fits my cupboard studio perfectly. Easy assembly, really does look nice. If the base or the gas lift did give out, you could replace them. Good height at highest setting, which was why I went for it. It could be cheaper but not a bad price at forty two pounds. Oh, and you can spin round on it like a roundabout till your dizzy. Bonus!
