It is not a tear off pad. *by S***L on July 29, 2023* I like using bound scratch paper that allows me to tear off one sheet at a time. I prefer the non-sticky pads for my work desk. The description of this product gives conflicting information. It states it is both sticky and non-sticky. It says it is for a memo cube and it is tear off. I decided to take my chances that it was a tear off cube. It turns out to be loose sheets of scrap paper. You need a holder to use it. If that is what you are looking for this product will work for you.
