I don't feel good to give them to my 5 years old son. I usually take this big dosage and I think 5000 mcg suitable for adults and maybe teenagers, but not for little kids. Otherwise, I put 4 stars because the taste is good and it smells strawberry.

She forces her self to take these they look like kidney beans and taste disgusting to her, its ok to me cux im an adult its the costing that is not tasty

I’ve been ordering this for sometime. My recent order of 2 bottles came and they are discolored and taste powdery. Since we have had these before we know what it should taste like. This new order something is wrong with it and I am not comfortable giving to my child. I have tried to get a refund or return and have been unsuccessful. I am very disappointed this was the one biotin I could get my daughter to have and now it is ruined.

My daughter got in an accident mid August that took 2 fingernails. I wanted to support their growth so I decided to give these supplements a try. Her nails were completely grown back & ready to be be trimmed by the first week of November. I’m impressed.

These are nice biotin jelly beans. I've had no complaints about them and even tried them myself to get an idea of the flavor. Its actually a very delicious jelly bean and almost has an apple like flavor in it. Apart from the taste they're pretty standard biotin gummies, assuming they contain what they say they do its a good gummy. My only complaint is they direct you to take two a day and there aren't too many in the container.

My daughter liked these. She thought they were candy. I didn’t notice a big change in hair growth for her though.
