I do NOT like it on its own as it does have a little flavor, so I always add cream when this is in my coffee. The other way is mixed in with some warm water and beef bouillon. That is probably my favorite way, but for convenience I usually have it in the coffee. My favorite thing about this priloduct is that it dissolves quickly and completely. I do mix up my drinks a few times to make sure nothing settles, but I have never ever had a clump. It's good stuff!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Improved Skin and Prenatal Care

I love this bone broth! I add a scoop to my red raspberry leaf pregnancy tea, twice a day. My morning cup I sweeten with a spoonful of maple syrup and it is very enjoyable, but it's still totally pleasant even when I don't sweeten it in the evening cup. I think it would mix just fine into most teas, but just add a little the first time if you're unsure so you can get used to it. I actually prefer my tea with it now. My family says it has a distinct smell but nothing about it bothers me personally. I haven't tried adding it to anything else yet. I love that it has zero sodium, unlike many other bone broths. It mixes very easily into hot tea. And it's a plus that it contains probiotics. I really feel it's improved my skin. I was having major dermatitis flare ups on my face, and since I've been drinking this bone broth twice a day, I've seen huge improvement. The redness has cleared and no acne either. My partner said my skin has been looking so good lately and i tell him it must be the bone broth!. I was having to wash my face twice a day with prescribed benzoyl peroxide face wash before to keep all my skin issues at bay, but even since I stopped doing that regularly my skin has been clear! I really feel this bone broth is the reason! I also feel it helps me sleep better at night while pregnant, as the protein helps me stay fuller longer. I feel much healthier both physically and mentally since adding this bone broth powder into my daily routine. Thanks Paradise Naturals!! The only downside for me is the price. I hope I can afford to keep this as part of my daily life and self care. I feel it will also improve my healing postpartum. 🙏
