The new protector arrived, it was cracked and someone had opened it and written on the packaging that the protector is in, this had then transferred to the GlassSurface Pro 4: It's okay but there are a couple of let downs. Came packaged in an oversized box and was packed right at the bottom withno protection from the bottom of the box.
