I like Penn. I'm a saltwater fisherman and they make their products with people like me in mind. The Authority is the ultimate reel if you're up to your waist in rough surf. Getting splashed and maybe dunking that reel from time to time. With the IPX 8 sealing it's absolutely water tight. Making this a reel that should last you years and years to come.
