While this case isn’t officially designed for the Air 3, it actually works surprisingly well — with a few caveats. The build quality is excellent. It’s rugged, durable, and the waterproof shell gives me confidence when carrying it outdoors or tossing it in a bag. The internal foam is firm and protective, and the case itself is lightweight and easy to carry. That said, the fit isn’t perfect. Since it’s molded for the Mini series, the Air 3 fits, but not snugly — especially with the controller. I had to remove a couple foam inserts and shift things around to make it work. It’s not a dealbreaker, but if you’re hoping for a custom, form-fit solution, this isn’t it. Still, for the price and protection it offers, it’s a great value if you don’t mind a little improvisation.
