Much more control over where the sealer actually goes and that it seals the joints and edges. If there is a very large area to cover then do it in sections allowing drying time in between. The floor had been laid 6-7 years ago and never sealed.We spent almost a day scrubbing the tiles and grout to make sure they were as clean as possible.Finding the right type of 'brush' to apply the product was difficult. We ended up using a Vileda sponge mop head!The product is very thin, almost like watered down PVA.We poured it into a paint tray and dipped the mop heead into it.Make sure you apply very thin layers, in the same direction.It drys pretty quickly so that you can apply additional layers.We ened up applying 4 coats in the most used area of the kitchen. The difference in the appearance of the tiles is amazing. They are shiny and bright.We have loads of product left!Hope that helps! **Q: Can this be used on lvt flooring?
