You could probably cut a channel into the back of them quite easily with a knife, but the backing is stiff, not foamy. They are really nice though and really deaden the sound. We bought 9 of them. **Q: How many panels do i need for 90cm width** A: Two panels as they are 600mm wide and your space is 900cm. **Q: Can I use no nails these onto the wall** A: Yes , I used serously strong stuff it's similar to no nails , hold really strongly , can use black plasterboard screws to some area where not glued on. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional customer service!!
