The steel also makes for precise slices, even a boiled egg can fall apart if not cut properly. The product needs a bit of caution in handling, the blades are thin and overall its a bit too light for rough handling. Careful use will make it last forever, but its not something to throw casually into the kitchen drawer.

As its stainless steel we could put it in the dishwasher and be confident it would be clean and sterile. The steel also makes for precise slices, even a boiled egg can fall apart if not cut properly.
