The speed is good for USB 3 as moving/copying files from external usb hard drive to internal SSD consistent of 125 MB/s transfer rate. Coping/moving files from internal SSD to external USB HD (5400 RPM) is speed around 75-80 MB/s due to slower write speed of the external hard drive. Not yet test USB C because I don't have any UBC C device.
