Mines doesn’t blink. **Q: Will this disconnect if the batteries are full ?** A: It shows a different light if batteries are fully charged so I assume yes **Q: What color does it change to when the batteries are fully charged?** A: Depending on the battery, the light above the section that the battery is in will turn blue or both lights will turn blue when the battery is fully charged. I haven’t put 2 batteries in to charge at the same time. I did once and neither light turned blue.
